Ever have trouble getting a read on a player while playing poker online? Ever wish you could watch their hands as they put the chips in the pot, or look at them while they sweat your decision?...
Michael, to respond to your question (and having played on the tables) your hole cards are the backs of the cards. You would cover much the same way that you do with real cards, except instead of lifting the cards, you just touch them and they are displayed. Once you quit touching the cards, the backs come back.
Having written about the Poker Pro tables, this could be the future for online/live gaming. Could you imagine having a few people sitting at the table in a casino and a few others sitting online with everyone playing against each other? It's an interesting thought.
Thanks Ed. I thought thats how it worked although I still wonder when taking a peak at your hole cards can you neighbor attempt to see them too. From the picture there seems to be no sidewalls preventing someone on your side looking at your screen. But if you used it and are comfortable thats sounds good to me.
One great benefit is the casinos/card rooms can offer much cheaper games. You do not have to risk your car payment to play some live action poker.
