I signed up at pokerstars through pokernews got the 100 fpp and did not get the bonus.
I talk to the live help and they told me to wait a couple days well I got to 100 fpp like 4 or 5 days ago whats up

you should be able to play our freerolls and get the special bonus IF you did sign up through us.

We had only few cases where players had complains about Stars not tracking them, most of the were just willing to sneek into our freerolls and use them without being eligible.

We are doing our best to keep our players happy, one of methods is to keep our freerolls private, free of other players.

So how long does it usually take to get the bonus after you get to 100 fpp. And what would I have done wrong to not get the bonus?
