I signed up, made a deposit, played for about and hour and the Poker News bonus was there. Just as advertised.

neon, are you talking about TonyG site? If so, personaly, I haven't got any problems withdrawing money, although I heard rumours that its not possible to withdraw (kind a like you). That's strange and I can't believe it. There must be some other problems. TonyG has a pretty good support, I hope you'll solve your problems.

Oh, and yes, and it wasn't big money withdrawing from me, but I don't think (and hope) it makes any difference...

Yusuf, what method did you use to deposit money? I use neteller and anyone that plays poker should be using it. you never have to send in your ID. I have withdrawn about $100 from TonyG and it took less than a day.

Neon,

Can you please email your player id to

skins@skillgamesnetwork.com

and I will get the team to check out your situation. Use the subject "Please look into my account".

More than 2000 people took up this promotion and you can see by the forum there are very few complaints. I know that there were a number of fraud accounts (users setting up multiple accounts). There is a small chance your account might have been mistakenly put into this category. If so, it will be corrected.

You can make withdrawls on the software. What do you need to contact support for?

TonyG Poker support sucks!

No phone number to call, More than 3-4hrs and no email responce...
Most sites at least send you a temp message to let you know that you email has been recieved..

Can't see my first deposit bonus that I made over 24Hrs ago...
No Rakeback given yet and I spent $100...No Online Chat support

No $25 Freerolls (as advertised on their web site)
http://www.tonygpoker.com/tournaments/
Suppose to be every 2 hs l There are 10$ ones every hr..

Since many many sites offer better support and features...

Well I got the free $75 (when it was no deposit required) and made my 750+FPP - and I have requested a withdrawal for $375 so I will let you all know how it goes.

I havent had my account locked or anything (neither should I) so here's hoping.

Just got this email when I asked how long the process takes:

Hi,

We apologize for the longer than usual processing time for withdrawals at the moment. This is due to the more stringent accounting procedures we are now required to carry out under the terms of our gaming licence.

At present we cannot give you an exact turnaround time for withdrawal requests, but we expect that soon, we will be able to return to our promise of turning around withdrawals in 12 hours or less.

...not exactly encouraging...

OK - update ----

Now they have reversed my cashout, and removed the $75 bonus (which is fine, but they didnt tell me that in the beginning and they didnt email me to explain about it after they did it).

Problem is, they just left the remainder in my account so NOW I have to request a cashout all over again - ARRRGGGHHH!!

Normally I would probably just say 'well what the hell' but I spent several weeks playing there and starting off tables etc to get some action going (there isnt much there btw) and Im not going to let it slide.

They really need to do something about their processes as they just bite at the moment.

Tony G is a great up and comming site. I have played there for a couple of months and have had no problems. The People are great, the poker is so far the best I've played yet and Support has been there for every question I have had.

They are a small comunity of good to great players, and ya it isn't easy to just pop in and jump into a high stakes game, but eventually it will be so.

Come join us and take out the person with the bounty and win some cash.
