Hello,
I use GamesGrid poker which is on the main site in the same network as TonyGPoker.
Their support is awful. Without going into the details my issue is major. I sent them an email on Sunday and they said the accounting department would look into it. I sent follow up inquiries on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday with no response or even acknowledgement of email receipt.
I am tired of being ignored. GamesGrid is owned by Skill Games LTD whose phone, as it says in one recent pokernews article, is supposedly ringing "off the hook." Apparently they're too busy to deal with existing customers. Somebody please post their phone number so that I can give them a piece of my mind.
Please note that TonyGPoker is on the same network. Is the support any better there?
A response from anyone in a position of authority who gives a rat's ass would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
- Salinar on GamesGrid
