Commerce Club/Collusion

The Game is 10-20 Blind No Limit Hold-Em. The place is the Commerce Club in LA.

The problem, it has become habit several of the "locals" NOT TO PLAY THEIR HANDS OUT against each other and table talk about what they have during the hand when they are in the pot together.

Passing chips is allowed, table talk is allowed, appears COLLUSION is the accepted play.

Management is NOT DOING anything to stop this practice.

Several players are getting in the habit of doing this, because nothing is being done to stop it.

This habit not good for poker or the Commerce Club, it is called collusion or team play.

Players who are doing this should be picked up.

It would only take a couple of "examples" being picked up to STOP the collusion.

well as A dealer from my under standing when its heads up pre flop, when theres been no raising to force out other players rather than chop the blinds 2 players will check it down becasue theres no money in the pot to play for. Now on the other hand if player A rasies, PLayer B calls then player c rerasies causing player A to fold then player B calls and THEN they check it down. Thats some dirty shit at which point if Iam player A I stand up and threaten to kick the (*&^%% outta somone. BUt its bad for the game when players do this. If 2 players are the only ones with $$$ invested pre flop then theres no problem when the blinds check it down. If they chop in a 10 20 game I the house makes for dollars, if they check it down then the house makes the full drop of 15 or 20, depending on the house. I've been to commerece and the players are rude and mean, the dealers put up with alot of %$!# as do the floor staff. so maybe the floor man was really busy that day or had plans to deal w/ the situation at hand without slowing or stoping the game, but trust me The squeaky wheel gets the greese so next time your in that game, cause a bigger complaint and see what the floorman does then. no establishment likes a unhappy customer no matter what the limit.

I am not talking about chopping the blinds. I am talking about, after "action", bets, calls, or even raises, sometimes in multi-way pots, and/or agreeing to "run" the cards out, with two to come, after calling a bet or raise (and sometimes eliminating other players)

Collusion = CHEATING!!!

HOUSE SUPPORTED CHEATING IN THE COMMERCE CLUB!
