Hey. I have a problem with tonygpoker.com. For a long time ago i decided to clean out my account and change site. I successfully withdraw money three times, but this time i received a mail a week after where they wanted government issued ID etc. One week later i mailed them everything they requested, but didnt get an answer. After about three weeks, with me mailing them about two times a week, the responded that everything was recived and forwarded to security dep. for verification. Now i have been waiting for about 7 weeks, but i dont get any more response from them, and my account is blocked because its not yet been validated or has been deactivated. I really dont know what to do. I have ofcourse not done annything that would make it ok to block my account, cheat etc. Its not a fortune, only 350 $, but still its very annoying. Anybody have a clue what i can do? i might also add, that support respons time is the worst i ever experienced, if they ever repond it takes atleast one week.
Anyone else experienced this? what did you do? anything is greatly appreciated

I also am having the same problem with Manion Poker, but its only been about 10 days since my initial request. I'm hoping that they are just slow. I also had to submit photo ID, etc, although I didn't have to do that to make my deposit. Sucks that they'll take your money but not give it back. I think the only thing you can do is what you are doing, posting on this forum and others and warning others about which are the bad sites. I'll be back on here next week with a progress report. Good luck to you.
