First of all, it's Bobby Baldwin, not Billy Baldwin. Second, Chip didn't play in a single world series event for over ten years before finally starting to play the main event again back in the late 90s. Even though the tournaments are what brought poker into the mainstream, the cash games are where the real players make their money. Anyone can get lucky and win a tournament with a reasonable amount of decent play but, to win in cash games you have to play your best game nearly all the time. Of course Chip isn't a no limit specialist but most people wouldn't know that because they don't play a ton of no limit hold'em in the game that Chip plays. It's in the mix but only for 8 hands at a time. And, don't worry about ever seeing him across from you in a cash game because there are only a handful of players who can afford the stakes. Here is a list of games they play at $4000/8000 mixed at Bellagio and Venitien.
Limit Hold'em, Omaha 8/b, 7-stud, 7-stud 8/b, razz, 7-stud Hi/lo no qualify, 2-7 no limit, pot limit omaha, A-5 and 2-7 triple draw, badugi, no limit hold'em and chinese poker.
These games rotate every 8 hands and even change completely depending on who's sitting in the game. If you're ever here in Vegas, stop by bellagio and check out the action.
