50 minutes into it and it was still anyones game, but is not pokernews fault. Titan had an issue and it sucks to have it happen when it 4.50 am and I can't get back to sleep :/

I emailed support about it and they have eventually replied to me:

we would like to inform you that it has been determined that you were in fact disconnected from the tournament as a result of temporary connection problems with the card room. Rest assured our technical department and poker experts are dealing with it right now and if indeed a refund is necessary to your account, please check it after a maximum of 4 to 6 hours. However, if after 6 hours you were not able to get a refund you are most welcome to send us an email with the details for us to further investigate and perform the necessary adjustments.

So the way it is worded seems like they are saying the connection troubles were my fault (I am in UK) which is obviously not the case. I noticed quited a few scheduled tourneys had also been cancelled/interrupted.
This tourney needs to be rerun surely!! If not then it seems a waste of time actually signing up in order to enter.
