Hey all, my first post here so be kind

Was wondering which internet providers you all use and if you have any connection problems.

I'm with Tiscali and cant play on many sites at peak times and its slow at other times. i often get disconnected mid game as well. Very frustrating. i think i'm tied into a year long contract too which is about 8 months in but its got so much worse recently. i should be getting about 3.5Mbps apparently as thats the best for my area but im getting below 1Mbps at times! Cant get any sense out of the 'help' team and struggle to understand anything they say...

If anyone can give me some tips on who they use and if they have any problems it'd be appreciated! I intend to get out of the contract somehow and go with someone else as its costing money. Have qualified for tourneys, etc then not been able to get connected to play them!

The reason that you have problems with Tiscali is because they allow to many users on their gateways and they simply can not handle the traffic. This will reduce your connection and will result in slight disconnections. This would not be too bad if you were simply viewing a web page as you can log back in immediately but when playing poker it can be costly.
