Hi,
I opened account at Everest Poker using Poker Listings links. The bonus info states, that I shall receive $50 instant bonus (but it's not very clear if it's onsignup or on first deposit). However, the bonus is not listed on my account, and then when I typed in the code the software responded my account's not eligible for the offer.
I've contacted both EverestPoker support and Poker Listings support and haven't received any reply. So I decided to post on the public forums as I think it is truly inacceptable way of handling customers. I could have used any other site's bonus offer instead.
I believe they should at least send some clarifying email.

that is why people join pokernews.com promotions, we do not do stuff like that..

Oh well I know you're reliable (it's a good spot here isn't it

Just the instant bonus offer tempted me.
Anyway the site is nice and there are some nice promos but their support sucks, they haven't responded to my polite inquiry any way at all, and similarly Poker Listings, even though I have sent emails again to them both and posted my question on the Poker Listings forum.

Hi!
Lastly I received email notofication from Everest Poker and then a reply in my native language assuring me that they will do their best to solve the case, so hopefully the sky clears!
Best wishes

Finally I got $50 incremental bonus from Everest Poker exclusively even though they claim I haven't used the Poker Listings links.
I asked for the instant $50 bonus but they responded that the bonus I was awarded is exactly the same that Poker Listings players receive.
By the time I also received an email from Poker Listings support.
Finally it looks like the description of the bonus offer
was inacurate.
Anyway I am glad, I'll deposit some more to play at limits where I can collect the bonuses.
