The best thing I like about pokerstars is the amount of tournies and satelites and the blind structure.

I have tried BOTH sites extensively and HAND DOWN POKERSTARS! WHY..........THE DEAL FROM THE DECK IS MUCH MORE REAL WITH POKERSTARS THAN FULLTILT.

I have never seen so many runner runner bad beats when I play on FullTilt. Something of great importance that everyone should pay attention since I'm in the Information Technology field in security with a major bank and that is that Full Tilt Poker DOES NOT HAVE A CERTIFIED THIRD PARTY COMPANY to AUDIT THEIR SHUFFLE. Yet they insist without any audit that their RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR is correct which is an extremely biased statement without backing it with a third party and unbiased statistical analysis.

This may not be as bad at AbsolutePoker SuperUser program where the other person could see everyone cards but it still hurts.

So I if you find you are losing with the best hand preflop consistently when playing on FULLTILT POKER don't blame your bad luck....its the site trust me.

I guess I'll chime in....I prefer Stars to FullTilt. But I have flopped to Full Tilt when a good promo tourney comes up.

Well, I started at Pacific Poker and was doing okay till they dumped US players. I then went to TonyG where I really enjoyed playing. There were very few players, so it was like a home game everyday. Then they sent us packing. I landed on Poker Stars where I've been ever since, primarily cause after Neteller was forced to dump us I haven't pursued other funding options. I've been playing there for 2 years now. There are times I'd swear that there was some hanky panky going on, I'd loose no matter what. Then other days, everything goes my way. I've learned to table hop a lot. If the deal goes around the table twice and I don't get a playable hand, I'm gone. Coincidence ?? Almost immediately after transferring some money to my wife, I hit a dry spell that took half my BR. I'm starting to come back, grinding it out at the micros. My goal is to make enough for a buy-in at the Main Event. At this rate, it's more a dream.

(3-Diamonds)(8-Spades) Pessimistic Optimism is the best I can muster. (2-Clubs)(9-Hearts)

I tend to agree with HOLLYWOOD 007 once i cleared the bonus at fulltilt around the same time i went on holiday for about six days then when i came back i seem to just kept getting out drawn when i had the best of it , this went on 4 about 3 weeks solid, iwas still a winning player thx 2 pacific, i read a few articles on poker then tried stars under TAXIDEL 3 then turned it around ,stars does seem more random, i will only play freerolls at tilt or use up my player points.....regards.....wibble

Forget all the above.......i have fixed 1 or 2 leaks in my game since i wrote this post and i am about to eat humble pie.

Its only right that if i was quick to put down FULLTILT then i am the first one to admit that i was talking bollocks..infact after self-analyzing my game i now realize that it was my own bad play which caused me to write the initial thread about FULLTILT.

So now what do I THINK OF FULLTILT POKER?

I love it!!!! and i am playing there 7-8 hours a day. Great blind structure in tournys...and reasonably soft cash games in NLHE + PLO and good bonus offers.

I kinda agree with you. I thought that I was being paranoïd, but it feels nice to see that I'm not the only one.

My only options to play online poker are PokerStars and Full Tilt because they are the only ones I know which runs on OS X (no Java or Flash).

Therefore, I opened an account on PokerStars and so far so good. I'm running on a very good streak, so I can't complain.

I cant comment on poker stars, but im quiting fulltilt as of now, i cant beleive the action flops and bad beats. Has anyone noticed that when yr UTG u get alot of connectors and suited connectors??? almost 1/2 orbits. Trying to encourage u to play. What about the bad beats u get when yr the small stack in a tourney or sng. So many times AA gets cracked by junk hands. It almost feels like u have to play against the program aswell as the oppenents. Fulltilts design looks great and has great features, but get real this isnt poker

I tend to agree, Full tilt imho has problems with their software. I'v never experienced as many bad beats as I have there. it was almost at the point that i was considering giving up all together. But then I decided to alternate the poker sites every night and low and behold I was doing ok at all the other sites except for Full tilt. I don't trust them at all now. Pokerstars seems the best out of the ones i've tried including FTP, titan, pkr and party.

I agree with PokerStars comments however in general most sites still do not have a separate check button. I refuse on all sites to tick 'check' box just in case someone is raising hell or AI and everyone else has ticked 'fold' and it circles venomously towards me and it's too late!
An early lesson I learnt from DONK NEWB days - hey .. we were all there at some stage.

If sites could move the check button elsewhere it would be handy.
This post may need clarification so feel free to read between the lines.

Don't let those 24hour a day losers no life MOFO's call you a DONK!
Your life is already worth more than their's.
