i play both stars and full-tilt. i think it depends on what you are looking for in a site. if you want to start a tournament anytime of day w/ a chance to win thousands then stars is your place.

right now i play more on stars but thats because most of the poker news people play there as well. i actually prefer the cash game on full tilt.

What matters most is how well you walk through the fire.

I prefer Pokerstars, tournaments and sit&Go´s are my favourite there. One thing I dont like pokerstars there are so many players in every tournament from 5$ to 50$ that makes very poor prizepool usually

actually it makes the prizepool better but the chances of winning worse.

I am also a fan of Poker Stars. I just like the amount of tourneys available and on some days I also enjoy the Double or nothing tourneys.

This is the classic argument. Personally I avoid the 3,000-6,000 entrant NLHE tourneys on PS. But I like the limit tourneys on PS because they attract larger fields that FT. So for me it is limit tourneys at PS, and NLHE tourneys at FT. On a side note; only crazy people play no-limit Omaha.

I play both and can say that FT is a slow players site with Bitchin' Rivers where as PS is a Fast players site with irritating flops. PS has more cash and more players on board. FT has less players, less cash tournies but more guaranteed places for the money you play. Eg, I played 3x 0.50c tournies last night and was only up against 50+ players. I won all three before bed and qualified twice for mini-FTOPS Warm-up and also mini-FTOPS Event #1.

Cheers

PS - they have equal value for me. PS wins with higher payouts and faster play. FT wins with less players and slower play.
I also believe PP and 888 have bots playing in tournies to make up numbers and save money which is poor form.
I dont play at those sites anymore and dont get me started on UB. They're pokers equivalent of the mob.

Don't let those 24hour a day losers no life MOFO's call you a DONK!
Your life is already worth more than their's.

Pokerstars and Fulltilt are two top most poker rooms with huge number of active players including top poker pro's like Phil ,Andy and many more. I am not sure about your place but if you are from the US then the best poker sites would be Poker Stars. You should also look to get a rakeback deal which is in addition to the sign up bonus that everyone offers as standard.

Pokerstars doesn't offer rakeback deals.

I likem both pretty good. I dont like the 1 hour of late reg for tourneys that PS has started...but otherwise they are both
good sites.

Interesting reasons to play each. Do you find success with the different approaches?
