Hi i cannot enter the pacific ept freeroll even though i have downloaded through pokernews and accrued the required points. I have contacted pacific support and they have not been able to help me, VERY FRUSTRATING! Is there anything support here can do.
Thanks

Thanks china but if you mean pacific live chat tried them as well, twice! No joy fom them either. They say its down to the promotions department to sort out but no one from promotions will contact me or i cant contact them. Complete nightmare. Had the same problem last week trying to get into pokerproforayer tourney. Not happy really as i pay a lot of rake specifically to play in these freerolls and i am not getting what i was promised
