i noticed that a lot of ppl sign up for the poker news cup at full tilt and dont meet the req. if 1 of these ppl win does the prize go to the person who made it the furthest and met all the requirements to play.

also i was planning on downloading wingows and making a deposit to play in the poker news tourny. I downloaded the software from your link and it let me register for the tourny without depositing will i still get prize if i win?
