Q 4 TonyG: Big heart and good BR management in the same body - reality or fiction?

I am perfectly aware of using this big heart BS to pacify myself after taking my ca quarterly shot at 1/200, ignoring previously set stoploss *) and f,,ing up big time but seriously is it possible to move up2 reasonable speed/make moves if u have good BR practices engraved in ur head as a top priority?

*) cashing out most of my BR before takingthe shot - no good bc funds in transfer (thats just pure evil), friends who loan/transfer
