Yeah so I registered via pokernews at 888 so I could enter these freerolls some time ago and have had shit service from 888 no big surprise. While online poker rooms often have good bonus structures and the likes there customer service is shit and they rarely know wtf is going on. Anyways i registered for the last poker news freeroll but when I went to check the game time the next day I had been removed from the list and was unable to re-join. I email support without a response. So I contacted live support who had no idea and said I had too email promotions so I did. The tourney passed me by and still I didn't have a response. Eventually I received a response saying I had not accumulated enough points. I think it was 100. That was a load of rubbish, I defiantly had that many points although I had cashed some of them in at one stage. I doubt it will be any different with th up coming tourney and has left a sour taste in my mouth from 888. Pretty annoyed with the whole debacle actually.
And my second note for my first post - the poker pro for a year. great Idea and the freerolls are good too. But last time i couldn't register along with a heap of other people and the tournament was delayed while they got there shit together. It looks to be happening again. If there was a thumbs down icon for thread I would insert one here.
