Just an idea.....how about adding a chatroom to PokerNews. It's a great way for PokerNewsers to get to know each other and share ideas in real time. I made a few friends at another site that had one. We still railbird each other.

Just a thought.

I'm bringing this back up due to a couple of situations today. With a chat room, PokerNews would be able to address problems (like poker770 canceling a freeroll or Wingows posting a freeroll but not giving ANYBODY tickets). Sure, a post would be necessary but questions could be answered real time and it would actually make it easier on PN support. Answering everybody's one question once would be easier than replying one at a time.

Also, the forum seems to average about 10 posts per day. Yet I just saw 16 members online. This gives an avenue of communication that some may prefer to the forum.

Again, just a thought.

Marius,

You're probably right. I noticed 14 members logged in and I was the last one to post hours ago. Chat room was just an idea. I guess there needs to be more activity in the forum 1st. But not just by me. So I think I'll try to stir it up a little bit by posting in each area with questions about a topic in that area. Not retarded questions but relevant to the topics. I'll start tomorrow.

I feel Chatroom is a very good idea. Live conversation is very popular also between poker players.
