About 45mins ago I shipped an email of to PokerStars Support regarding an issue with my account.

I was planning on checking my emails tomorrow night, giving them almost 2 days to reply, but not even 30mins after send them an email, a pop-up comes onto my screen saying I have 1 new message, and it was from PokerStars Support.

I am very pleased with the responce time from Pokerstars, I know from experiance with FTP it can take up to 7 days to get a responce.

Anyone got any storys about email responce times at other Poker Sites?

PokerStars is one of the best poker rooms, and it makes less problems to players than any other room

acctually you got reaaaaaaaaaly lucky with the response time, usualy its like 2-3 days from other rooms, even pokerstars take like 12 hours to get a response from them. but pokerstars probably is the fastest one there is

Glad it was me who got lucky, but that was a super fast responce.

FTP is the worse with Customer Support, it takes them forvever to reply.
