Non disclosure agreements, ok, there is a legal element involved. The fact that they have not named a "REAL" third party audit team, say KPMG or another world recognized body, just means that it is far from being a true third party audit IMHO. Unless they take this step and really open up the hand history of three years back to formal forensic analysis, players will walk and never return. I for one am not a player at AP, and guess what? I never will be.
