I wonder if any of you can recomend me a really good pokeromm for freeroll tournaments, What is the best one for you guys?

An wich one is the worst one?

I personally don't recommend a lot of freerolls but any of the major poker rooms (PokerStars, Full Tilt, etc) have a pretty good abundance of freerolls. Also, check out which sites you haven't played yet and download through the links here on PokerNews. The PokerNews freerolls offer great value. There may be certain qualifying conditions but each site sets those so look for one that you feel comfortable with.

I'd give you my list of the worst but I think all you have to do is read other posts in this same forum.
