Doyle's Room offer PL Stud. Stars and FT don't. I'm limited to checking the US friendly sites so I'm sure there are others.

Haven't double checked, but the Prima skins at one point did have PL 7CS, would suspect they still do. I think they even had NL 7CS listed, never checked it for game, PL 7CS was crazy enough for me.

the poker dream skins let you as well, as well as creating any custom table with a large range of limits. Granted, player traffic is lacking, but it's there.

Ladbrokes have pot limit 7 card stud cash games, always pepople playing at the, usuall from 0.15-0.30 to 0.50-1

The also have a PL 7 stud tournament daily at 1:30pm GMT
