Server problems during Aussie millions at Titan Poker

During Pnews Aussie mio. on the 2007-12-29 at Titan Poker, when we were down to 8 players they had some problems with their game server, wich ment that one player who were 4 in chip count with around 100,000. suddendly became a massive chipleader with 400,000 (750,000 chips in total) because all others were locked outed.

This ment that he pretty ease could win the tournament, have anyone heard of some sort of compensation from Titan Poker or is pokernews planing to do someting???
