Hi there every1!
Hope u all doing well. I hate to wright this sort of post but I have too. I have been pokernews.com customer for nearly 2 years now. I was very satisfied with that for most of the time but now I came to the point where I really annoyed and unhappy with your service.
Joined poker 770 to play your ´restricted´ freerolls only to find out a field of 1000 runners for each one. Basically every1 who browse pokernews website and find a code can take part in that, u dont have to sign through your links.
Joined CD poker , Aussie Millions freeroll cancelled and for some reasons I couldnt register to any other freeroll despite being 100 % eligable. Ask for help at live chat, they tell me to send e-mail to your support. I send 2 or 3 and dont get any replies.
Joined Pokerstars, chase your live support untill last minutes to join the 1st pokernews cup freeroll. Same problem now with the last one. I am 100 % eligable, I ask for help 7 hours before it starts, live chat assistant promises that it will get sorted. Log in to Stars 90 minutes before the start , still no ticket, still no e-mail in my inbox from Stars or pokernews. Ask for help again in live chat, no help given and miss yet another freeroll.
Why should I register through your links , I got no value for that ? More annoying that I got no appologies for freerolls I missed and my e-mails ignored. I will never sign up to new poker site again unless some1 will appologize and maybe even give me some sort of compensation for freerolls I missed, I will accept an entries to freerolls which I am not eligable and I think that this is fair enough.
Hope that this post will not be ignored as were my e-mails.

You are one of those - who face problems more often that every one else, but you can't tell us, that pokernews.com support is a joke.
We and our highest managers are very concerned about your problem with stars. It will be solved and if you were really eligible for this tournament - you will get back something from our side. Now we are in contacts with Stars to get all info why this happened. After we solve this, you will be informed about everything, and will receive an apologize.
If you remember old problems with Poker770 and CD Poker - we admit that we face problems with some poker rooms from time to time, we are not perfect, but we do our best to be perfect and make every our player happy. It just takes some time to clear problems, because deal is with poker room, so communication with poker room is not so fast as it seems to some players.

Thanks for your reply, Rasucci!
I understand that pokernews have problems sometimes and maybe I am unlucky to miss freerolls most of the time because of those problems. My point is, as your customer, I do expect some sort of appology from someone. Even short e-mail, saying that this and this happened and we are very sorry , we will try to fix this problem. I hardly get any replies at all. I feel like I waste my time wrighting e-mails to support or using your live chat. Maybe in 1 case out of last 4 I got my problem sorted out.
That is why , I am unhappy , I feel ignored and I would like to get some appologies if something simmilar will happen again.

I understand your concern. And you will get a full replay with explanation about what happened with this problem. I could send you email - sorry, no news from stars, or sorry, we are keeping in touch with them but they do not give us any feed back.
From now on, we will try to inform our users as much as we can, and even saying that it is in process. Though i think such email can make players feel angry about talking nonsense. Again sorry about that, and please be patient - we will get in tough with you and give you all information about what happened.
I can say sorry, we are fault, but when i don't know if we are fault 100% - I can not say this. Might be many reasons for such thing happened. So as i said, please just wait for our replay. Sorry for inconvenience.

Thank you rasucci!
I am fine with waiting and I see your point as well. Also, I got an e-mail from Andrew Bognar whom I personally met earlier this month. He is promising to help me and this is a good news.
Regarding e-mails, personally I think it is better to know something, even bad news, better then know nothing and keep guessing!
Once again, thank you again for your assistance.

Please don't forget the WingowsPoker fiasco to the list of sites that pokernews endorsed / freeroll didn't happen.
Subsequently site went down and we no longer have any way to withdraw the funds on it.

To all who blames pokernews.com for everything:
The freeroll on CD Poker was canceled due to not enough players registered. It was decided and done by CD Poker, not pokernews, because pokernews has NO access to CD Poker players lists, tournament software or anything else. Although you think we do not care at all about you all, but thats a completely wrong thinking. We did everything to stop this problem, and now all of the rest of CD Poker tournaments will take place, because all of them already have minimum of players. The requirements were updated and modified so that everyone of you would clearly understand what should be done and when - to get into the tournaments.
We and CD Poker consider the rescheduling of the canceled tournament, but yet can't promise it will be done. If it will, we will make sure to inform all of you.
If there is still any complains, please feel free to ask via e-mail : freerolls@pokernews.com
