PURPLE LOUNGE - Raked hand freeroll problems

Anyone else have problems with the freerolls here?

You have to have 1 raked hand in past 24 hours to enter, and get an extra 750 start chips if you make 10,25,50 rakes.

I have lost count of the times I have raked, the system says I have raked, yet I cannot enter. Numorous times my extra start chips have been missing too.

Many letters to support tell me that PL blame Microgaming, but I say 'how can a poker site offer an incentive for you to spend money, (play raked cash games), and then refuse you entry to that incentive - isn't this FRAUD?

I'd firstly like to know if others are experiencing this, because PL make out like I am the only one.
