Please , please sort this problem out for me , I am tired of writing complaints now!
Last pokernews cup freeroll was cancelled. I have written complains , got no replies. Now there is a new one coming up , I am eligable for that but cant register!
This is just a big joke! Can u help your customers or am I just wasting my time?
CD poker always says that I should ask pokernews for help and you say that this is CD poker fault, just soooooooo annoying! Please help me!

I just tried again and yes, I have finally registered to all freerolls now. Also , noticed that there are lots of people registered, so it looks like the problem was fixed!

You see, CD Poker crew have a dayf off on Friday. No one is working then, and you had to full fill your requirements and register to the freeroll till the evening of Wednesday. That is mentioned on the review.

OK, if thats true... but who was I talking to on their live support on friday? who registered 6 other players on friday? Why didn't anyone tell me about the day of on friday? Why am I still unable to register for the next freeroll?

and BTW where I read the review, it was said 24 hours (thursday!) before the tourney starts (i know that this is ont your fault, but why should I check 5 different language reviews).

"Players must then earn a single CD Poker Point and use it to 'buy-in' to the freeroll. Players have until the Wednesday prior to the tournament to complete all entry requirements and complete registration for the freeroll." It is a quote from the review.

Anyways I am looking forward for the CD Poker reply. I will do my best to get CD Poker's full explanation about what happened with your account and registration to our freerolls.

I talked to the cdpoker support & they told that PN is my affiliate, so it is a riddle to me why can't I register...
