Both my wife and myself play poker. She plays at a much higher level than i do as i have other interests. Having downloaded TITAN in the last hour and then entering Poker Prof site, she had forgotten to put in the bonus code. Our daughter is about to drop twins so the wifes head is up her own behind at the moment She contacted TITAN through online live support to be given the brush off in no uncertain manner and told it cant be done. This woman was so nonchalent not even a let me see if i can do anything nor kiss my arse nor nowt as we yorshiremen say.

Being the kind meek soul that she is (until you play poker with her that is) she got quite upset, i then rang TITAN and asked them to try and sort it. The lady i spoke to was pleasent and helpfull and i explained to her that my wife had downloaded through PokerNews and then Poker Prof and could the code be added and the account tracked. Small request you would say. She came back and said "I have liased with the relevent department and the account is already tracked.............to LTDPoker. I then said HOW, WHY,WHERE that is not possible!!!!! I was then told that we as in the ROYAL WE as in TITAN and MYSELF would leave it at that until she spoke to management!! I thought and asked her to close the account to which she said send an e-myther at which point i said FFS and put the phone down.

You may think that from my first 2 posts im a right moaner when really im not, i just cant stomach JOBSWORTH idiots who behave like Automatons. If we were meant to be Fin robots we would have all been called Micky!! So if anyone else has had these kinds of probs then pray tell.

Just while im at it Fin BT broadband had my first download of Pokerfind.com with an IP Address in Fin NIGERIA!!!!!! WTF is that all about???? Im from a little village in Derbyshire nearer to Manchester than bloody NIGERIA!!!!!
