Are we talking about online poker rooms? If so, you can find pros and cons from various other threads in this section. If not, I'm not sure what the question is.

Well, I got a horrorstory... It's about 8 e-mails long sent between myself and cd-poker helpdesk. Then again, this post will be deleted my the admin if I'm negative about cd-poker since that wouldn't be good for business.
Anyway, bottomline is that they wouldn't let me cach out untill I met the release restrictions of my bonus. Normally that would be ok but the bonus was 11 euros and I asked for a 70 euro cash out (played 1 sng, won but my system has problems with their software). So I had a balance of 90 euro's asked for a 70 euro cashout, seemed reaonable since I had gotten a 11 euro bonus.
However, 2 days later I logged on and wasted the remaining 20 euro's on a bad beat in a cash game. No worries, de-installed the software and waited for my cash-out. Didn't come ofcourse... They wanted me to actually first 'earn' the bonus I gotten back in cd-points. There was no reasoning with them, didn't get my money.
$hit happen$...

I can't play on CD (no US players) but I will comment that your post probably wouldn't be deleted as long as you give your personal experiences and don't just rant.
