Recently ive been on bodog and the last 3 tourneys ive played in have been just about par for course meaning.AK vs A6 got drawn out on the 6.AQ vs AJ drawn out on to the jack.KJ vs 10 9 on a board of K 9 4 all in guy catches a 10 on the turn.So fundementaly i played all 3 hands corrctly and loss. When we donk out of a tournament you can take something from that a hard knock lesson room for improvement..but what can you take away possitive from being donked 3 xs.Any suggestions?

just check if you made the right raises, and what reasons that guy has to call you.
If there is no good reason, blame it on variance

I feel your pain. That's how I generally lose a tourney. I personally like to look at it like the Theory of Poker. If you make a play the same as you would if you knew your opponent's cards, you won. No matter the outcome of the hand. Same goes if your opponent plays differently than he would if he knew your cards. Tough to take some losses in stride, but that's just part of poker.
Good luck.

Just another KITNs. You'll get used to them.

All you can do is put all your money in with the best hand. You can't control the rest.
