Maybe Im waffling on this one but, Brick and Mortar gambling sites are the key to survival of the industry. Case in point, Horse Racing, attendance down, handle, well sometimes up, but not as a rule. I've been at it a long time and can remember when getting to the rail to watch a race was difficult due to the large crowds as opposed to today when the only crowd you'll find is at banks of simulcast screens? Anyway you cut it, this Bill in Mass was a lose lose scenario for gamblers.
