Finally some activity that can get the US back into all the poker markets. It's still a long way off but at least this is a step in the right direction.

Hi, team2win. It's a good point, but there is a specific explanation. A piece such as this could is designed to be direct reportage, not necessarily opinion/editorial. Excessive lobbying — as in naming all the committee members and making exhortations to go do such-and-such — is generally beyond the scope of such a "straight news" piece.

Nonetheless, Google-ing the committee in question easily uncovers the specific committee members, such as in this link:
