i finally received two responses from UB. you be the judge of the following emails...

Dear Khris,

Thank you for playing at Ultimate Bet

This email is to inform you that we received the complaint you sent to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission about our Bad Beat Jackpot.

We reviewed your complaint and we honestly do not know what the problem is. According to the email you sent you affirm that the Bad Beat Jackpot money was missing after the last player hit it on March 25th. According to our records no one has won the Jackpot since then and it is currently at $362,928.07 waiting for a winner.

In order for you to find out who won the last Jackpots simply go and access our software and click on the Bad Beat Jackpot counter. There you will see a box with the information about the last Jackpot winners.

Please let us know if you require further assistance.

Best regards,

Josh

Dear Valued Player,

Thank you for contacting us.

We would like to clarify what happened with the Bad Beat Jackpot between yesterday and today.

On March 22nd, a hand was played where almost all the requirements of the Bad Beat Jackpot were fulfilled except one. This requirement was that the minimum rake collected that applies is $0.25 and in the hand that was played the rake was $0.20. This is why the Jackpot was not paid.

This information was not posted at the website as part of this promotion's terms and conditions. Therefore, we decided to pay the Jackpot for that hand and then post the term on the website for further hits. You will find it at the link, http://www.ultimatebet.com/poker-promotion/bad-beat-jackpot

The amount to pay this Jackpot was taken from the one that was accumulated until yesterday, which was around $400,000. Then, today at 2:48 am, it was hit once more when the counter was on $171,498.31.

So basically, we had to deduct the amount from the Jackpot to pay the Bad Beat that was hit on the 22nd and leave the rest as the current Jackpot.

Please remember to contact us from the email address registered in your account. This way we will be able to verify the ownership of the account and provide an efficient assistance.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance or additional information.

Best regards,

Al
