tannie: The last time I played that is the amount that I recall having but now my acct shows zero.
Arthur: what's the hand number and the table name?
tannie: Huh?
Arthur: I'm asking for the hand number and the table nam
tannie: I guess I didn't communicate. The last time I played, which was a day or two ago, I left the site with around $90. Now my account shows no money at all.
tannie: There is no hand or table name. It simply disappeared.
Arthur: sorry,
Arthur: you should've contacted us inmediately
tannie: That is what I am doing!!! This is immediately!!!
tannie: I just now accessed the site and saw that my balance is zero!!

Arthur: I need that information from you
tannie: Dam, Arthur. are you drunk? Please reread this text.
Arthur: I'm sorry tannie
Arthur: I'm working, and those are the procedures

Arthur: what do you mean?
tannie: The money just disappeared from my account.
Arthur: please specify
tannie: Damn, man. How many time must I repeat it. I'm copying this in: I guess I didn't communicate. The last time I played, which was a day or two ago, I left the site with around $90. Now my account shows no money at all.
Arthur: tannie, unfortunately if you don't provide me with any hand number or tablename, I won't be able to send out a claim

Arthur: Is there anything else I can assist you with at this time?

tannie: Can you check my account???
Arthur: I can, but it won't matter
Arthur: can you provide me with your account number?
tannie: B134199
Arthur: thanks
Arthur: but still,
Arthur: without any hand number or tablename, I won't be able to send out a claim
Arthur: Is there anything else I can assist you with at this time?
tannie: Please check my account to see if money has been drawn out or something like that.
tannie: I do not expect a claim.
Arthur: ok
tannie: It is only $90 but it seems that my money should be a little more secure.
Arthur: when did you lost that amount?
tannie: We are getting nowhere. I have already explained it several times. Came you not read the text?
Arthur: you're not cooperating with me
Arthur: you're not providing the information I need and I'm asking for
Arthur: when did you lost the $90?
tannie: I had just found out that it was missing when I notified you. It was there the last time that I played, which was a day or two ago. That is the closest I can narrow it down for you.
Arthur: sorry, I need the exact date and time you lost that amount
tannie: That would be today when we started this conversation about fifteen minutes ago.
Arthur: I haven't seen any action that was ever made on your account recently
Arthur: besides
Arthur: the last deposit you made
Arthur: was on 8/12/2011
tannie: I didn't make any recently. I have not been on the site recently. I just accessed it right before we began this conversation.
Arthur: I asked several times when did you lost the $90?
tannie: I explained it several times. It disappeared from my account since I last played.
Arthur: sorry, you're not giving me any information on how nor when the amount dissapeared
tannie: Artur, I am sorry to have bothered you. I will chalk this loss up to extremely bad judgment on my part. You have a nice day.
Arthur: same to you tannie
Arthur: The next time you come in to LIVE CHAT, just ask for me and I'll assist you again!
Arthur: Take care. =)

OK. So, Tower Poker won't pay out your money won. I think they are simply bankrupt. Do not bother yourself to play there. I gave them quite enough time to avoid this announcement, but they did not bother. Do not let you to mislead you. No whining, just warning.

RIP Towergaming
Some years ago Towergaming seemed to be a prospering site, Its Poker section had tourneys collecting over 500 participants - not too much compared with PokerStars but still respectable.
Their wise management decided to change the software. They must have been very wise and decided to spare some money on software specialists. So no proper tests were made before launching steering process.
The wise management faced some suprises. The most unplesant was their players' number dropped drastically.
Therefore they asked some employees like Mr. Walsh to lure some customers back. Mr. Walsh was quite successful in my case and I can only thank him for the money I earned during last two years. Question one: why is he silenced now?
There was a very good customer relationship manager called Lisa. Why is she silenced as well?
They had something resembling payment department led by a man called Jose. Why are they silenced as well?
I tell you, as they won't. When they changed software first time, they lost terrible lot of customers. They tried to improve the situation by offering generous bonuses as weekly loyalty tourneys. It must have cost them a lot, a weekly giveaway of USD 6000 might be quite formidable, even Pokerstars would not afford that.
To be short, the situation did not improve significantly.
Present situation: they are out of money.
They try to escape, but I would not let them.
Some arguments:
- They seem to be unable to pay USD 40 even.
- They changed software again to much worse vendor trying to reduce costs.
- They changed their cashout vendor. They take away your money immediately, charge transfer commission (very unusual for poker sites) and do not fulfill your order. Your money just disappears as in David Copperfield's shows. You never see it again anywhere, even on your Poker a/c.
All in all: Beware of Towergaming!
Their real name might be Towerrobbing."

I have been playing for over ten years online since PokerStars started and Party Poker and other top sites and live for over twenty years.I can say no site online can be trusted with your money no one site.If you deposit any money online you are simply giving it away.People or players can be so gullible to think that their money is safe. All i have to say is Ultimate Bet or Absoulute scandal and super user god mode. How bout Fulltilt? Doesnt anybody get it.Scandal after scandal.Did anyone forget PokerStars was indicted along with Fulltilt?Only difference PokerStars paid them out and the players.PokerStars has been known to not pay out accounts when it first started out on the net.Does any players wonder why it takes so long to get your money when requested? And why cant any of these sites send a simple check in your name when you want your money?People and players need to wake up.Go to a casino and play at least your on a even playing level and your guaranteed to get your money on the spot.Does any average or recreational player know you arent just playing a guy on another computer over on the other end.You are playing sometimes three ,four or even a team of other players on one computer. Some players also use certain software or tools to give them a edge to win.All these things i mention is a way to cheat and have a upper hand in getting your money.I ask are alot of these sites a way to laundry money? How many players are depositing money and great amounts without a job or a means to prove where there money is coming from? I am a digruntled player who has been screwed over for lots of money on alot of these sites ..so i may be biased. But i think i make alot of legitimate reasons why all sites should be regulated and watched by the governement and made easier for players to cashout at anytime for any amount when its there money. It seems when someone has a large amount the site can take its time and move like a tortoise or even slower like a snail.I love poker with a passion ,probabally more than most players. Its in my blood and i have played with everyone you can think of from the best in the world to the average player, oil tycoons, billionares, millionares, bankers,CEOS,Legends.Johnny ACES Cabral Why ACES? Nothing but the best thats why.
