Would not surprise me at all.I will never play another money tourney there again.Stars has become an absolute joke. They play favorites.Site is turning into another Ultimate Bet.

I agree, It would not surprise me at all if some of these pros had access to seeing peoples hole cards. Which is sad
cause these people are suppose to be pros. I mean give an epiletic retard the abilty to see hole cards, and they could be a pro. The horrible things we have to worry about when playing on some of these sites is ridiculous. Sure wish congress would get something done so the US could home and regulate some of their own sites (GO PA) couldnt be any worse than some of the stuff out there.

cmon people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
would you really think a company that is on the stock market can allowe such a thing

Most online sites are not on any stock market, I see poker stars is part of the LSE, but just because they are part of the LSE doesnt convince me, If you have ever watched their pros play , they make some calls sometimes, that even the worst of poker players would never make in situations they are in to win hands. Im not saying I know for sure they can, but if they were able to see hole cards, it wouldnt be the 1st time the issue has happened in the world of online poker. UB scandal went on for many months/yrs before any anouncements were ever made regarding the issue. And just because stars is part of the LSE, the government doesnt monitor their pros / players, they only monitor the buisness. And Players/Pros dont play from the buisness office, most people play from home. so if the buisness has a software to allow pros to see hole cards how is anyone else really going to know??? UB found out through players, not like they picked up on their scandal themself. just because a buisness is part of a stock market doesnt mean they run everything legit, havent you ever heard of ENRON??? Whats even worse is as an american player, if you get involved in some sort of online gaming scandal, theres no legislation here to protect you. So as I have said before if you live close to a casino as an american your best bet is to play there. I do deposit minimal amounts to casinos, to keep myself busy, but until congress passes something to regulate our own american sites, I will keep the majority of my poker play in real casinos.

okay, for once and for all: why on earth would stars, or any other site for that matter, do this?
UB were just careless and made a big mistake.
and about the stars pro's making strange calls, they make them all the time, and lose many times with them, they just feel that players tend to want to bluff them more so they can go home and tell people about how they bluffed the great player.
oh yeah, and miestro, do you know the meaning of the word 'paragraph'? plz use them...

If They know they can get away with it, and noone can stop them then why wouldnt they do it.
And for the record this is a forum, not a literature class im not critisizing you for mispelling, its no where in the forum rules that all post must be ran through microsoft word, or edited by a professional before they are posted so if you dont like my post dont read them, no need to be a douche thanks.

d'oh, it's not about your post being bad, it's just very difficult to read it like that, that's all, no personal attack whatsoever. I'm sure I miss spell words often, I'm frickin' Dutch...
Pokersites _can't_ get away with it, high rollers won't allow it to happen and still play on the site.
