Recently in a well know mag Everest advertised a great offer for new customers.
Free entry to their wsop game for up to 2000 players is stated in the advert.
Several of us who joined up have been told they are not going to honour the advert even though we complied with the terms.
I think this is disgusting and as Pokernews has ties with everest I wanted to know if they could help with this or indeed suggest a plan of action to get a positive outcome.
I have been on live chat, sent emails but as yet the reply is the same that they made an error and had to finish the promotion early.
Sorry that ain't good enoughn if a can of peas says 10p then its 10p.
If it says bogof (buy one get one free) then thats what it is.
I am thinking of trading stadards and the fair advertising commission as a starting point.
What do we all think and were you coned as well???

What terms did you comply with in order to qualify for your $10000 entry to the WSOP?

We had to open an account and deposit a minimum $5 between the 1st and the 7th of May. I joined and deposited on the 1st as did others some were entered and some were not.
In live chat they simply said that they were withdrawing the promotion and they would not enter me.
An email response has said the same.
