Step up to the WSOP with PokerStars!

It says I have a ticket to play the PokerNews Wsop but when I went to join the tourney it says I dont have that ticket for that tournament. So what gives. I can look in PokerStars and request tickets and it shows there but not able to join the freeroll? So what do i do now?

sounds to me more like a PStars problem tho, if it shows in PS that you have the ticket. Anyway, emailing freerolls@ should resolve it.

I have almost the same problem.... i downloaded poker stars from Poker news a while ago and i used to play the U$2k freerolls back then, but after a while.. i stopped receiving them so i couldnt play in any of these private tourneys. Why is that?

My nick at pokerstars is chatoman so plz try to review that cause im very interested in this tourney
