3 things for the Forums:

1) ignore function

2) please fix the bug when quoting and editing afterwards

3) being able to edit more than the most recent post would be nice

A decent search function, subscribe tool on the forums, edit/delete whenever the user want.

Oh, I know.....how about a button that makes people post. I'd use it.

It Works!!

- absolutely needed is a search funtion for the forum, maybe with an extention to ALL the various countries and not limited to just "your" country
- bookmarking of posts in the forum or even a top-ten list of the most read/voted posts
- MORE special characters like these
- upload of personal videos is a great idea
- incorporation of posting hand histories somewhere on the site
- "advise/inform me" - function to posts in the forum (get a pm when someone posts in a watched/subscribed post

Videos is restricted as we will be working on the tool of videos submitted by Players. Then we will be able to add the feature. Now it can be done by moderator. So if you want to add the video, please contact the moderator.

Hand histories tool is also on the way.

What about the features of Pokernews site? Not only the forum.

My idea for the website is to be wider. Maybe 1.5 cm on the both sides. It looks good now but if we use more of that "empty space" it will be better. That is my opinion.

By the way I'm talking about screen resolution 1024 by 768 pixels.

That will be for sure. 1000 pixels is now the trend and PokerNews is little outdated with 840 pixels.

Forum preview option will be done as well.

so that's it? you do not need more new features?

maybe some page like: 'threads I have participated in in the last week/month/day' (setting to be chosen by the user.

I just thought an idea. Would you like to have a special marketplace section where you would be able to trade stuff? Like marketplace in My.Space or Facebook.

trade stuff like what? chipsets? pokertables?

don't really see the use in this... especially since there are so many other sites that have this.

How about a Mark All Topics Read button? I read all posts on .com but I'd like to be able to clear topics on other PokerNews forums without having to open them.

Ranking of the players is the league. Will do it globally 100%. Birthdays is a good idea. It can be done in my.Pokernews.com as well, not only in Forum. Taking this to ToDo list

Also I believe that market place will stop some spammers as they will be able to announce their bonuses there instead of trying in forum.

I dislike the idea for the birthdays. I think that many players use their birth dates as passwords and it can be very bad for people who never been victims of hackers and don't know how to protect themselves. So I think that its good for security of the players. For the same reason it is good the emails to be hidden because many players can register in PN forums with their Moneybookers email and hackers can just "collect" the emails from the players who show their wins here and try to "get in" their emails.

However everyone can chose if their birthdays or emails to be visible or not ...
