Perhaps someone can rattle a cage for me. Lord knows i have been patient and kept my questions off the forum.
I had emailed pokerNews and had a series of back and forth with Rachel, pokernews.com support manager. My last contact was on May 15th, when she indicated that she was going to forward the info to Duplicate Poker's vice president. Said she would keep me updated.
Why do I feel like a mushroom...you know...growin' in the dark and being fed s**t!
I mean, come on...May 15th!!!
There I've vented...but oddly, I don't feel any better.

I think the main problem is that once the info has been sent to DP, PN cant really do anything anymore...
did you send a new email to support?

She was sending it to PokerNews vice president.

Sheepodog, yes your email was sent to him, but i guess you know that WSOP is now on track. How do you think, what is the main thing pokernews staff is working on right now?

I am very aware that the WSOP is now on track. In fact, an answer to my questions BEFORE the WSOP began would, i suppose, have been too much to ask for.
It is a simple request. An answer. I don't really care if there is a resolution to my issue. I would just like the curtesy of a satisfactory explaination.
