Interpretation Vs. interpolation/ The laws that are not to far from being implemented regarding internet poker (mostly banking) are vague and indistinct as they are written, and able to be construed by the powers that be in any way they choose. Surely something so powerful should not be railroaded through the congress without explicitly defining every aspect of possibilities and their effects, with as little room as possible for interpretation. Everything should be clear and well defined before a vote is taken.
