robbied, it was cut-and-pasted by a 2+2 user some 20 minutes after it went live here, which happens with virtually every new news item in the poker world.

The release was given to us, not 2+2. I noticed that in the person's rush to copy the stuff from our site, he didn't even bother to strip out the banner caption from our site that happened to pop up in the rotation as he viewed it. So when he pasted it looked like this:

...

KAHNAWAKE
Duplicate Poker
GAMING COMMISSION

...

Duplicate Poker has nothing to do with this, to clarify.

(*Update*) A moderator at 2+2 noticed the erroneous inclusion of the above reference later in the morning, and removed it.

The response from KGC was obviously written by a team of lawyers and rings hollow with me. I don't want reassurance from some faceless legal team. I want someone from KGC to step forward and answer questions. This jumble of legal terms does nothing to make me feel any better about them.

Sooo, what's the scoop about a former WSOP main event winner being named as one of the cheaters at Ultimate Bet? True?...False? Or a rumor monger working to drive more players from UB?

LegLiftin' All Da Way...Imma Outta Here!!!

What is it with the conversation about 60 Minutes? Are they going to be covering the poker online scandals? when?

Anyone still playing on UB or AP?
Is it going to take a dive like Chan?
