If you use chips in these home games or other venues instead of cash how can the authorities prove thats its a cash game where the onus is on them to prove otherwiswe.All you have to say is that you are playing for fun (hence the chips)and then let the morons try to prove otherwise.

Was gonna go to one of these places last Friday when it got busted, but ended up going to a nightclub instead.
In my opinion, there was nothing criminal going on. Just some friendly people - mostly young and some older - playing at low limits ($1/2). Fun times, but the law is the law .. let's hope that get's changed soon!
