THIS IS THE LATEST ON MY CASHOUT FROM 6/29
Dear Kerry,
Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately, due to increased security measures imposed on us by our new
processors, we will be unable to process your pending withdrawal of $1,000.00
requested on 6/29 until we receive a copy of your valid photo ID (passport or
driver's license) and utility bill verifying your name and address. We sincerely
apologize for any inconvenience caused by this additional requirement.
If you have previously submitted this documentation for another issue related to
your account with us, you must send fresh, up-to-date documentation as the other
copies would have been destroyed after we had used them to verify the
information in question. We will request this information ONCE only and when
received it will be kept securely on file for future withdrawals.
Please fax the requested documents to 1800 201 4919 (++1-208-567-3627 if you are
outside North America), or if it is more convenient you may scan your documents,
attach them to an email, and send them to the following address:
documents@gamingsupport.net
Please ensure that your customer ID number is prominent on the fax or subject
line of the email and check the quality of your scan or fax to ensure that all
information is fully legible. Once the documentation has been fully reviewed and
approved, your withdrawal will be placed in a queue for processing and we hope
to get your funds to you within 3-5 weeks. Again, we are truly sorry for any
delays caused by this procedure.
We are always here to help you. Please feel free to reply to this email if you
have any additional questions in relation to this or any other matter.
Kind regards,
Oliver Thornton

It seems like most rooms now request a valid ID to get withdrawal approved, some people think this is fair, since it secures your money, some people think about it as "one more stupid rule to hold my funds".
I like it my self when everything is easy, but nowadays, I would prefer sending my ID over getting my account cleaned by other people.

Most likely you deposited with a credit card so they need proof you are who you say you are. If you used moneybooker for eg. you wouldn't havea problem.

I am leaving this site. they are saying I need to change my nick as they have changed servers or process there. I refuse to do this as all the info on me is under my original nick. I find it very hard to beleive that
1. all the other players have done this.
2. that I cannot get back my original nick.
now, I have to go thru a song and dance to get my money back. I will be leaving negative feedback on this site for sure!!
this sucks

Always left sites that ask for all this extra proof as i think its a delaying tactic, in the uk betfair payout within 24hours and skybet the the same, when you sign up in the uk they ask for your teleohone number and that seems to be enough .

I agree, at Everestpoker the cashout process is simple and fast the money gets credited back to the bank account linked to your credit card
