Ok...I had a series of emails with Walker Poker, which I'll post here and email PokerNews with. I had contacted them again this morning about receiving a coupon to play the freeroll today. At the time there were no players registered for the trny yet. But, as of now, there are 8 players registered. Would someone from PokerNews contact them and see to it that I receive the coupon required to register to play? I did download Walker Poker through the PokerNews Link. My players nic at Walker is "Sheeepodog", spelled with three e's (not a typo.) Copy of emails follow.

A new day upon us!
Not having heard from anyone with an answer yet, and due to the fact that
the trny is scheduled to go off in approximately 12 hours, could I get you
to personally look into this (phone?) instead of just forwarding to someone
who, as yet, has not replied to me?
Thanks

If there are 8 players that mean Wlaker poker started issuing the tickets. We will inquire about you right now, but I think you will get it as well later on today.

Here is the short reply from Walker Poker manager:
"Sheeepodog" got the ticket. All players registered till now got the tickets.
If anyone didnt get the ticket, please email to freerolls@pokernews.com as soon as possible. We will try to check why.

Thanks for looking into it. But as of this moment, after logging out and back into Walker Poker, I have no coupon nor am I registered to play.

Strange, Walker Poker manager told me that you got the ticket.
let me check, I will get back to you in few minutes.

Just checking in to say I have not yet received my coupon for the trny. I've had multiple email contacts with both Walker Poker and with PokerNews. Someone is being lied to. Walker tells me to contact PokerNews. Pokernews says they contacted Walker Poker and were told that the ticket has been issued to me. I have been trying to have this resolved for 2 days, because in my opinion Merge network has a history of poor customer support. I wanted this resolved. Now, with less than 4 hours until the trny starts, I find myself pursuing this when I should not have to. If in fact Walker Poker claims the coupon has been issued, and it clearly has not, how long does it take someone there to manually do it. What I expect is this. I will not be playing in this trny. I'll get some kind of bullsh*t "sorry" email. But the bottom line is, this is not the first time I have had an issue revolving around a PokerNews trny. I kept the last off the forum. Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me.

I was partially correct I got the "sorry" email...but i was wrong on the other point...I'm in! Sorry for the rant, but i was beyond frustrated with the process. Thanks to PokerNews for the assist.
