ok so im in a ring game on carbon poker 0.05 0.10 hold em no limit game, ive got roughly $12 on the table im in a hand with 3 other players the player to my right is to act he doesnt act and times out, now the table freezes up and nothing happens, i have no chance of winning the pot any way so log out and relog back in, now i see my balance is still $86 what it was when i was on the tabler with $12 in play, i wait about 5 mins still the $12 did not go back into my account.

I contacted customer service, basically they have said they dont know what has happended and ive got to wait up to 2 bussiness days for a response!!

Anyone else expericned similar?

So did you get back your money?

not yet, aparently technical issues with the table, but telling me i could have to wait up to 2 bussiness days,

ok money returned now table only frooze up for an hour, sorry for bad press carbon

I might have experienced the same thing, IF I COULD EVER GET MONEY ON CARBON IN THE 1ST PLACE!!! Seriously, seems strange that it would take 2 business days but you and I know that admin at Carbon is a little different than other sites.

yep sure do, the operator ended up cancelling our chat session!! mighta had something to do with me saying the customer service is about as good as the software

What do they actually do when you game suddenly froze and your current bet got stucked?
