I had a total of 1150$ in my account at Duplicate poker.
I'ved received a check of 450$ before they close and I had another 750$ in pending withdrawal.
I'ved tried to cash the check of 450 and after 15 days someone from the bank calls me and says that the check was not accepted because the bank account is closed. Now I have to pay 41$ to this bank...., again from my money!
It's there anything that I can do to solve this problem?

Sit back and wait for part of your money and hope for goverment regulations in the future. If one deposits money the site should only be caretakers of it and not owners of it. You're not giving it to them, it is not theirs. Why is it that players money is used to pay site bills. Enclosed email received by Duplicate shows that they are claiming money as theirs and using it to pay their bills and giving back players the leftover cash if any.
My money, not theirs!

I too was quite concern with check previously deposit bouncing but so far it has not.

I received frabricated lies in emails about pending withdrawal that caused me major problems with my bank account & added fees.

I emailed "Pokernews" to find out their position on their 1k weekly freeroll payouts but have received no response which is as bad as Duplicate feelings towards their players which was their downfall.

No response is just plain wrong! "Pokernews" needed to post something on their site but has said nothing. I guess that they hold no responsibility.

I did receive following email from Duplicate;

Dear Player,

Sadly Duplicate Poker was unable to receive funding in the current economic climate. The way that it is currently set to go down is that we will be appointing a Trustee who will be in charge of liquidating the company's assets, paying the suppliers and refunding the players. It will take about 2 months where all liabilities are collected and the assets liquidated, and then in the following months money is being paid out. All players will be paid by check without exception.

Please visit www.duplicatepoker.com to submit your withdrawal request. All pending withdrawals will be considered along with the current request. The final payments will be evaluated by the Trustee.

Duplicate going under is quite different then any other site downfall. Duplicate was legit & legal and does have USA Government Rules & Regulations to followed.
