"Judge Wingate dismissed that argument in its entirety, noting that the Kentucky statute dictates an element of chance without specific regard as to proportions."

Does this make golf gambling? It sure makes farming gambling!

I have a serious question about this case. How exactly will the State of Kentucky go about seizing these domain names?

Relentless, Kentucky will cause the domain name registers to point the domain names to the State Of Kentucky. I run a domain name company and this judge is out in left field. If ever this was a hatchet job, this is it. Kickyourac - Recordweb.com
