Firstly, apologies if I have posted this query in the wrong section.
I've been playing at Full Tilt for a few years, and was recently made aware of the availability of rakeback if signing up through an affiliate. I wasn't aware that I was assigned to an affiliate, but Full Tilt support assured me that I was. They wouldn't divulge who my affiliate was, much to my annoyance, and after a few email exchanges I gave up on ever finding out who my mysterious affiliate was.
Anyway, I've today discovered that it's Pokernews. I know this because I've been invited to play in their freeroll, which is for affiliated players only. Mystery solved. So now I need to know, what is the best means of contacting Pokernews with regard to discussing my eligibility for rakeback?
I won't be surprised to hear that Pokernews doesn't offer rakeback. However, I'd still be extremely grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction with regard to a point of contact.
Many thanks to anyone who takes the time to respond.

I don't want you to think that nobody will take the time to respond so.....
I personally am not sure about rakeback at FullTilt so I'd say that the best way to get an answer is to email freerolls@pokernews.com. I know that this is not about the freeroll but if they can't answer your question, they should be able to point you in the right direction. There was an article previously about it but it may be quicker to email them than to wait on me to find it.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Just another KITNs. You'll get used to them.

Thanks a lot. My hopes aren't exactly high, but now that I've tracked down my elusive affiliate I'm determined to at least contact them.
Appreciate it.
