If this is true:

"The Agencies believe that the Act's restrictions apply only to transactions that are unlawful under applicable U.S. Federal or State law. The Act's definition of 'unlawful Internet gambling' clearly states that it refers to a bet or wager that 'is unlawful under any applicable Federal or State law in the State or Tribal land in which the bet or wager is initiated, received, or otherwise made.'"

Then I don't see how most of us are going to be affected. Internet poker isn't unlawful where I live, or in most places. As long as we can cash out and send in a Money Order, what have they accomplished?
