Until the Kahnawake nation allows an internationally recognized third party security and inspection, they will always be tainted by the unsupported but completely believeable assertion that they were actively involved in these scandals. As an online player I will *never* play on Absolute, UB, or their latest incarnation name, until that condition is met and a year has passed.

The Kahnawake are nothing but a bunch of thieves whether its poker to liquor to illegal cigarettes. If they could be charged under Canadian criminal laws they should but because of this sovereign status they slipped through. I believe they should have their sovereign status permanently revoked and abide by Canadian laws as all people living in Canada just as the Mohawks do. So if the KGC wants to sell illegal arms to IRAN or IRAQ does that mean they legally can because they are a "sovereign" nation. I'm Canadian and this infuriates me.
With 10 years of "supposed" experience how could they NOT figure out that a computer auditing tool to show whole cards at a table could be used for cheating and thus perhaps a secret code to operate the software be required and perhaps that software be put in something called a SAFE with the encryption key to operate the auditing tool for exposing the cards in a different safe. But that would have prevented the theft of the $20 Million which they assumed they would never get caught.
Or better yet with all the millions they make every year perhaps HIRE A THIRD PARTY REPUTABLE AUDITOR so that this mess which the KGC try to claim victim to would have been prevented much much sooner not after 4 years. They didn't choose that route because they were getting paid to keep their mouths shut and turn a blind eye.
Kroft was ABSOLUTELY right in his interview that just because you have some servers and routers and that you run a poker business doesn't mean you're good at it or or know what you're doing and obviously the KGC are clueless and corrupt..
I don't think one of the 3 heads of the KGC have a computer science degree but they sure act like they do. This is why the Kahnawake Gaming Commission was put on a blacklist recently in England and not allowed to have a license. I don't blame England one bit and I wouldn't let them in either because the KGC are criminals themselves.
This is why the Las Vegas Nevada gaming commission no longer allows criminals or gangsters to own a gaming license and your record has to be squeaky clean. Where have those gangsters gone too you may ask?......its called Kahnawake Gaming Commission Nation and set up shop there.
Here is the link to the Mohawks response to United Kingdoms blacklisting of the KGC Internet Gaming decision. The KGC is now crying fowl that they are discriminated against..what a joke. It seems the KGC has fleeced North Americans and now they want to go after the British.

Mohawks respond to Internet Gaming decision:
Mohawk Council of Kahnawá:ke Grand Chief Michael Ahríhrhon Delisle, Jr. announced today that he is extremely disappointed with a decision made by the United Kingdom's Department of Culture, Media and Sport, which has failed to include Kahnawá:ke on it's list of jurisdictions whose Internet gaming permit holders are allowed to advertise in the U.K.
"Given Kahnawá:ke's long-standing reputation as the world leader in Internet regulatory compliance and enforcement, it is disheartening to receive word that the Kahnawá:ke Mohawk Territory's efforts will not be afforded the same consideration that has been extended to Tasmania, which has no such history," said Chief Delisle.
"Despite having been the first jurisdiction to accept and implement the world-recognized eCOGRA standard, the implementation of a mandatory continuous compliance policy, and our consistent enforcement of what may very well be the world's most stringent due diligence program, our name has not been added to the U.K.'s exclusive white list," he continued.
"Kahnawá:ke has concerns regarding the process undertaken by the U.K. authority and has initiated inquiries to ascertain whether the application was afforded fair and objective consideration-which, at this point, we do not believe was the case.
"We are keenly disappointed in the U.K.'s decision, which ignores the long-standing alliance between our Nations. We also find it deeply troubling that the actions of our old friends directly conflict with the commitments they made in the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, to which the UK was a signatory in September, 2007. We are seeking advice as to Kahnawá:ke's potential recourses against the UK under Article 20 of the Declaration, which states:
1. Indigenous peoples have the right to maintain and develop their political, economic and social systems or institutions, to be secure in the enjoyment of their own means of subsistence and development, and to engage freely in all their traditional and other economic activities.
2. Indigenous peoples deprived of their means of subsistence and development are entitled to just and fair redress.
Despite this setback, the Mohawks of Kahnawá:ke will remain committed to our established leadership role on the front lines of regulatory enforcement of the Internet gaming industry. We will continue to ensure an environment where fairness, integrity and player protection are paramount.

Every nut that ever played a cent on ANY online poker site will now be out to make a name for themselves by taking out Russ. This guy will never be able to walk out of a vegas casino without being popped off by some looney. Everyone knows who he his and what he looks like and if he enters a casino can you imagine the reaction by the common online players a lot of whom are very mentally unstable. Think about those that have lost it all online. Doesn't matter if they were cheated or not. He will now have a big bullseye on his big fat butt. and rightfully so.
