Hello,

Please email to freerolls@pokernews.com your pokerstars user name, or email directly to affiliates@pokerstars.com. If you registered with our marketing code, you will get bonus, and if you didn't get it yet, its a mistake of pokerstars, and will fix it.

Was this done setting up a new account? And have you emailed freerolls@pokernews.com for them to help?

You needed to enter marketing code for Poker Stars which is - POKERNEWS.COM. Its in red text on our pokerstars review, I don't know how didn't you noticed it. Because if you enter this code, there is no way you can be not tracked to us.

Alright, that might be the problem.
I would advise to change the banner, because it's totaly misleading.

"Enter bonus code "First2008" when making your deposit. Combined with your PokerNews bonus, a $50 deposit now earns you $75 to play at PokerStars."

The banner is not misleading, because the bonus code 'First2008' is actually used when making your first deposit, but you must also enter a MARKETING CODE, which is 'POKERNEWS.COM' when registering on PokerStars, you should really read the instructions more carefully next time

It is false advertising. Where do you see the marketing code 'POKERNEWS.COM' in this ad? I don't see it. Lack of information. How do I need to make up out of this that you need a marketing code?

"Join PokerStars today and get a $25 bonus and entry into exclusive PokerNews freerolls after earning only 100 Frequent Player Points (FPP):

* Limited Time Offer - 100% bonus on your first-ever deposit

Enter bonus code "First2008" when making your deposit. Combined with your PokerNews bonus, a $50 deposit now earns you $75 to play at PokerStars.

* $25 bonus upon reaching 100 FPPs

100 FPPs must be earned within 3 months of account creation. Bonus will be credited next business day after reaching 100 FPPs.

Play for money or free

1. Download & install
2. Open account
3. Make deposit
4. Play poker"

Can't be too bothered about the few dollars, but that it is impossible now to link to a way more decent affiliate.

Maybe not misleading, but really confusing! For those of us around it everyday, it seems really straightforward. But, I do remember when I first registered...I got lucky because I had no clue as to the importance of all of this!!!

There is never a wrong mistake as long as you learn the first time! {2-Diamonds}{7-Spades}
