Poker Room Review: Grand Sierra Resort and Casino, Reno, NV

I love the Grand Sierra poker room. We visit Reno 3-4 times a
year. We regularly play in their bigger buy-in tournaments, but
my wife prefers *low* stakes when it comes to limit poker.
The Grand Sierra always "claims" to be running a 2-4 game,
but when you arrive at their poker room they say
"Oh yeah, ahhhh, well, everybody wanted to play 4-8 so we
closed the 2-4 table down". We've been told this exact same story
at least 4 times. We think it has more to do with their willingness
to pay to keep more than 2 dealers on the clock than with a lack
of low stakes players. Strange about the lack of players? The Peppermill
has a 2-4 game that's mostly full 24 hours a day. Keep the 2-4 table open GS!!!!!

The 100,000 added to the upcoming tournament in March should be great.
